By joining the Claim Your Power Membership, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• I understand that Kim Peretz is not a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical professional. The content, workshops, and discussions in this membership are for educational and spiritual self-development purposes only.

• Nothing shared in this membership is a substitute for professional mental health support, therapy, or medical treatment. If you are struggling with serious mental health concerns, please seek appropriate professional help.

• I take full responsibility for my own well-being. Any practices, exercises, or challenges shared in this community are voluntary. If something does not resonate with me, I have the power to opt out.
• Kim Peretz and the CYP Membership cannot be held liable for any outcomes resulting from my participation. My personal development journey is my own responsibility.

• I acknowledge that due to the wealth of resources available upon enrollment refunds are NOT permitted. Membership will automatically renew every 30 days. 

• I acknowledge and agree that Kim Peretz cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from sessions.

• I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kim Peretz from any and all claims, demands, losses, causes of action, damage, lawsuits, judgments, including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, arising out of, or relating to my participation in the Claim Your Power membership.

• I acknowledge and agree that all materials shared throughout my Claim Your Power membership consists of proprietary information including, but not limited to copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets owned by Kim Peretz. I agree not to discuss or disclose such Intellectual Property with anyone not directly involved in sessions and that sharing information, content, or resources from my Claim Your Power membership is strictly prohibited. 

• I authorize Kim Peretz and the Claim Your Power Membership platform to charge my payment method on file for recurring subscription fees, in accordance with the agreed-upon pricing plan.
• I understand that respectful, supportive behavior is expected at all times within the community forum, live sessions, and group chats. Any form of harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate conduct may result in immediate removal from the membership without refund.

• Kim Peretz reserves the right to terminate access to the membership at her sole discretion if any behavior violates these terms or disrupts the safety and integrity of the space.

• I understand that access to digital materials is subject to internet connectivity, device compatibility, and platform availability. Technical issues will be addressed to the best of Kim Peretz’s ability but do not constitute grounds for a refund.
• I understand that Kim Peretz may modify or update content, features, or terms of this membership at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kim Peretz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your participation in the Claim Your Power Membership.
• By enrolling, you waive any right to initiate chargebacks with your credit card provider or payment processor without first contacting our team to resolve the issue. Any unauthorized chargebacks will be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in legal action and account termination.
• By participating in live calls, group chats, or forums, you grant Kim Peretz a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your name, image, comments, testimonials, or any materials voluntarily submitted by you for marketing and promotional purposes. You may revoke this consent in writing at any time.
• Participation in this membership does not create a coach-client, therapist-client, or confidential advisory relationship between you and Kim Peretz. General group support is not a substitute for personalized coaching or professional services.
• All content within the Claim Your Power Membership is intended for personal use only. You may not reproduce, repurpose, teach, or sell any part of this membership in your own business or content without express written permission. Violation of this clause may result in legal action.

• The $47 trial offer is intended for first-time members only. By enrolling at the trial rate, you agree not to cancel and re-enroll multiple times in an attempt to gain repeated access to the membership at the trial price.

  Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate the trial offer — including rejoining under a different email address or identity — will be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in immediate removal from the membership, permanent ban from future access, and possible legal action.

  Kim Peretz reserves the right to investigate and take action against any accounts suspected of trial abuse.

• You are solely responsible for any local, state, or federal taxes that may apply to your purchase or participation. Kim Peretz does not collect or remit taxes on your behalf outside of what is required by law
• By joining the membership, you consent to receive emails and messages related to your membership, including updates, workshop reminders, billing notices, and relevant offers.
• Your membership is non-transferable. You may not assign, sell, or give your membership access to another person or entity.
• Access to private community features (such as forums, group chats, or live calls) is included as a bonus and is subject to change. Kim Peretz reserves the right to modify or discontinue these features at any time to best serve the evolution of the membership experience
• All content and practices shared within the Claim Your Power Membership are offered in good faith and intended for educational and personal development purposes only.

  You understand and agree that how you choose to apply any concepts, exercises, or suggestions is entirely your responsibility. Kim Peretz is not liable for any actions taken, decisions made, or outcomes experienced as a result of your participation.
